Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across Indianapolis
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles
- Manage onboarding processes for new temporary employees
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate databases
- Provide ongoing support to both clients and temporary staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Indiana labor laws and compliance requirements
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
