Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight positions across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate staffing records using ATS platforms
- Coordinate onboarding processes for night shift staff including background checks and document verification
- Build and nurture relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates and client supervisors during night hours
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize placement efficiency and retention rates
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in overnight environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overnight shifts
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and retention strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
