Responsibilities
- Coordinate night shift staffing operations including candidate screening, scheduling, and onboarding
- Manage real-time communication with clients and temporary staff via phone and digital platforms
- Process payroll documentation and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct quality assurance checks for assigned night shift assignments
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS system and generate operational reports
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions
- Respond to after-hour staffing emergencies with proactive solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or HR coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
- Strong proficiency with staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with Florida labor laws and compliance standards
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
