Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and resume reviews for night shift candidates in various industries including logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate calendars to ensure a seamless placement process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to update candidate status and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for filling night shift vacancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers, answering inquiries regarding shift schedules and benefits.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
