- Match qualified candidates with temporary night shift roles
- Coordinate onboarding for night shift employees

- Partner with Memphis-based employers to fill urgent night shift needs
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong Memphis industry network (logistics/healthcare/manufacturing preferred)
