Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video to assess qualifications for various positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for night-shift roles, including sourcing, scheduling, and placement.
- Build and maintain a robust database of qualified applicants within the El Paso area.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
- Update candidate information accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new sourcing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily recruitment targets.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
