Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using ATS platforms and direct outreach
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries and salary expectations
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative talent attraction campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong understanding of Portland's talent market and industry trends
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
