Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for open positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and client needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer letter and onboarding.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
