Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments across 15+ client locations in LA County
- Manage real-time workforce scheduling and emergency coverage requests
- Conduct candidate screening and onboarding for night shift positions
- Ensure compliance with state labor laws and safety protocols
- Process payroll documentation and maintain staffing records
- Build relationships with clients to understand their overnight operational needs
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize shift coverage efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and overtime regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for overnight operational challenges
- Proficient in ATS systems and scheduling software (e.g., Kronos, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent communication skills for client and candidate interactions
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
