Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for night shift clients across hospitality, security, and healthcare sectors
- Screen and interview candidates during evening hours using video platforms and in-person assessments
- Coordinate urgent same-day placements and onboarding for critical client needs
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation for overnight shifts
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless 24/7 service continuity
- Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS and CRM systems during off-peak hours
- Address urgent staffing escalations and client communication during night shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proven ability to conduct high-volume candidate screening and interviews during evening hours
- Strong knowledge of Nevada labor laws and compliance requirements for overnight work
- Exceptional communication skills for client and candidate interactions during non-standard hours
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and video interviewing tools
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with minimal supervision
- Valid Nevada driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
