Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Sourcing: actively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates via phone and email during night hours to fill urgent client openings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local Indianapolis businesses to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Applicant Tracking: Accurately update and manage candidate data in our ATS systems, ensuring compliance and organization.
- Shift Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling of temporary workers, ensuring proper coverage and compliance with labor laws.
- Assessment Administration: Administer skills assessments and background checks for potential placements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred; however, we offer paid training for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage candidates.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
