Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics clients
- Screen and interview candidates for night shift positions across Detroit metropolitan area
- Manage payroll processing and compliance for temporary night shift workers
- Maintain client relationships through overnight site visits and performance reviews
- Resolve staffing emergencies and fill last-minute shift vacancies
- Analyze workforce data to optimize overnight staffing efficiency
- Implement safety protocols for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Michigan labor laws and compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for client/candidate interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Michigan driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
