Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for night shift and day shift roles.
- Market Expansion: Identify and engage with passive candidates through social media, networking, and industry events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct efficient phone and video interviews, providing timely feedback to both candidates and clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to advise clients on salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (previous staffing agency experience is highly preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work the 2nd shift (typically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
