Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates for various temporary and permanent staffing roles.
- Coordinate and schedule night shift assignments to meet client demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
- Process timesheets and manage payroll for temporary workers efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
