Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across IT, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-job matches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Leverage our proprietary applicant tracking system to maximize placement efficiency
- Weekly payroll processing for temporary and contract staff
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share market insights and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of Portland's local job market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment with KPI goals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
