Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles simultaneously
- Develop talent pipelines for emerging tech sectors (AI, blockchain, cloud computing)
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on assessments
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing niche tech skills (Python, AWS, DevOps, ML)
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn ATS platforms
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Demonstrated ability to close 85%+ of placed candidates
- Extensive network of Pennsylvania tech professionals
