- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Albuquerque's job market and talent landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong network of local professionals and industry contacts
