Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical candidates across Phoenix's booming tech sector
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to define talent needs
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social media recruiting
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments
- Negotiate offers and ensure seamless candidate onboarding
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software development or IT roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
