Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse client positions across industries
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and job openings
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies including social media networking and referrals
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment or staffing
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and niche talent pipelines
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
