Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates for permanent/temporary roles across NYC's competitive market
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and assess technical competencies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Leverage our ATS to track KPIs and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop strategic partnerships with NYC-based industry leaders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in NYC's competitive market
- Proven track record of closing technical and executive roles
- Mastery of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of NYC's talent landscape across key industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
