Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and logistics
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through sourcing platforms and networking
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage candidate assessments, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Drive weekly payroll processing and compliance adherence
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client partnerships
- Maintain accurate documentation in ATS systems and CRM platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in placement metrics
- Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with candidates and corporate clients
- Ability to thrive in a weekly pay structure with performance incentives
- Valid Arizona staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
