Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Virginia Beach
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Maintain accurate candidate databases in our ATS system
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill client staffing requirements
- Present weekly recruitment reports to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings for client meetings
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
