Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions across DC's thriving industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and digital recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including onboarding and client relationship management
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and deliver customized staffing solutions
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and social media recruiting
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Deep understanding of Washington DC's job market and key industries
