Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers in Wichita
- Facilitate onboarding with weekly payroll processing for candidates
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging job trends
- Develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with sales team to meet client placement targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven success in high-volume candidate placement
- Strong knowledge of Kansas labor regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid staffing certification (CPSR or SHRM-SCP preferred)
