Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client partners
- Utilize ATS platforms to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill high-volume staffing contracts
- Ensure compliance with all federal and Texas labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Texas market
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in high-volume environments
- Expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
