Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and software updates during the weekend window.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for internal stakeholders.
- Execute server backups and verify data integrity.
- Manage user access, permissions, and Active Directory configurations.
- Respond to urgent tickets and incidents escalated during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a Systems Administrator role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Linux environments and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on a rotating weekend schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written/verbal communication.
- US Citizenship required for government clearance eligibility.
