Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols in Active Directory
- Deploy and configure cloud services including Azure and Office 365
- Document all IT activities using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability
- Conduct weekend system maintenance and security updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in troubleshooting network infrastructure (routers, switches, VPN)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and threat mitigation
- Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Azure) highly valued
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
