- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Manage weekend IT project deployments and system upgrades

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and cloud systems
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client visits
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
