Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) during weekend hours.
- Monitor server health and network performance, escalating critical issues immediately.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents reported by end-users.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of network concepts, VPNs, and remote access protocols.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
