Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across diverse client environments
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Document all support activities using ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical challenges
- Conduct system backups and security audits during off-peak hours
- Train clients on new IT protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift availability
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication abilities for diverse technical audiences
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for on-site client visits
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
