Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate weekend staffing schedules for a variety of client industries.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect cultural and skill fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and applicants.
- Process payroll and ensure all compliance and onboarding paperwork is completed accurately.
- Handle high-volume candidate inquiries via phone and email with a focus on customer service.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new weekend hires to ensure they are prepared.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing, recruiting, or HR-related role is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
