Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering roles (frontend, backend, DevOps) at NYC-based unicorns
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using Boolean sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with CTOs to define hiring strategies and compensation packages
- Implement diversity initiatives to ensure inclusive hiring practices
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Present market insights through quarterly talent trend reports for key clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placements in NYC tech scene
- Expertise in sourcing for cloud, AI, and cybersecurity roles
- Strong understanding of engineering competencies and technical interviews
- Certified in Diversity Sourcing methodologies (e.g., Talent Cloud)
- Advanced knowledge of NYC tech market dynamics and compensation benchmarks
- Proficient in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HackerRank
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
