Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring top-tier engagement and communication.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique business needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of salary trends and competitor activities in the Nashville market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
