Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate salary offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent delivery of talent.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the NYC labor market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple open requisitions effectively.
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and Microsoft Office Suite.
