Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (tech, finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to drive new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Minneapolis talent market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
