Responsibilities
- Develop and execute aggressive recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates for specialized roles.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track progress and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales within the Milwaukee market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
