Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and skilled trades
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding with exceptional efficiency

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across digital platforms and professional networks

- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with corporate clients
