Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in Raleigh, NC.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting job ads and conducting phone screens.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new weekend hires to ensure smooth transitions.
- Track applicant data and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for filling urgent weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by the schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in the Raleigh, NC area.
