Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and job boards to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Job Placement: Match qualified candidates with suitable job openings and manage the placement process from start to finish.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience is required. We value attitude and aptitude over past experience.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and professionally on the phone.
- Digital Literacy: Comfortable navigating the internet, using email, and learning new software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
