Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of industries, including Finance, Healthcare, and Technology.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive top-tier talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs.
- Negotiate offers and close placements efficiently to meet aggressive monthly revenue targets.
- Manage the candidate pipeline using our advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients to ensure competitive placement strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly placement quotas and sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, or similar).
- Strong ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the NY metropolitan area for client meetings.
