Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and generalist roles, from requisition to offer.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline effectively using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven ability to fill positions on time and within budget.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
