Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking (LinkedIn Recruiter), to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and culture.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to the team.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently and ensure accurate data entry.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling roles within strict time-to-fill metrics.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical skill sets (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
