Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video during evening hours.
- Manage applicant data and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our HRIS database.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Communicate job requirements and compensation details effectively to prospective hires.
- Handle onboarding paperwork and orientation logistics for new hires.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Resolve candidate inquiries and manage expectations regarding availability.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday through Friday).
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
