Responsibilities
- High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for weekend and temporary roles.
- Talent Screening: Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust database of active candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure quick placement for open requisitions.
- Client Coordination: Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely updates on candidate availability.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with paperwork, orientation, and setting expectations for their first few weeks.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about salary trends and labor market conditions in the Phoenix area to provide accurate guidance to candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work occasional evenings if required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday is a plus.
