Responsibilities
- Oversee Night Operations: Manage all staffing agency activities, candidate intake, and processing during the night shift to ensure 100% operational uptime.
- Candidate Management: Screen and interview incoming applicants, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for client needs.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients requiring immediate staffing solutions during evening hours.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards within the office and on-site placements.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational issues in real-time and escalate critical concerns to management when necessary.
- Reporting: Generate and submit daily night shift reports on staffing metrics and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, human resources, or operations management.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to Jacksonville, FL.
