Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Match the right talent to the right roles, ensuring high retention rates for our clients.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activities to the management team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
