Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through proactive outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer negotiation.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Nashville technology market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
