Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with Houston-area businesses to understand their hiring needs and staffing requirements.
- Placement Management: Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork and compliance checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Payroll Coordination: Manage daily timesheets and payroll documentation to ensure staff receive their daily pay on time.
- Market Analysis: Monitor labor market trends in the Houston area to advise clients on salary benchmarks and availability.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to both clients and candidates, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required by client needs.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
