Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing offers.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, conducting regular check-ins to understand evolving talent needs and market trends.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional support to candidates, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry salary benchmarks and hiring trends to ensure competitive offers.
- Contract Administration: Manage contract placements, ensuring compliance and seamless onboarding for temporary assignments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing, with a proven track record of filling roles.
- Sales Acumen: Strong drive for sales, with a history of exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT/software development lifecycle and technical job roles.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of negotiating effectively with both candidates and clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
