As a Weekend Staffing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier candidates for their weekend workforce needs. This position offers the perfect balance of flexibility and career growth within a leading staffing agency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews during weekend hours.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
- Manage applicant data in our CRM and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new weekend shift employees.
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand their weekend staffing needs.
- Source talent through various channels including job boards and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) reliably.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
